How far in advance should I book?
We recommend securing your date as early as possible, particularly during peak season (April–October), when availability is limited. Early booking ensures priority planning and seamless coordination.
What are your payment terms?
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event, allowing us to finalise preparations to the highest standard.
When are final guest numbers and menu selections required?
To maintain precision and excellence in execution, final guest numbers and menu confirmations are required two weeks before your event.
Do you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Yes. We thoughtfully cater to a wide range of dietary preferences and requirements, including allergies and cultural considerations. We also use Halal meat for most events to ensure inclusivity.
Do you offer a vegan option for Puff Stop?
Yes. Our Puff Stop is vegan-friendly, using carefully selected plant-based ingredients while maintaining the same light texture and signature flavour.
Do you offer customised packaging for Puff Stop?
